RMPI Registration Includes –  1 complimentary wine, beer or soda and hearty hors d’oeuvres and our AFP signature drink "Diva-ritas"

Casual attire – Fun island dress is optional.

Spouses/dates/guests may attend.  Just call Kim in the chapter office to arrange payment.

Friday, September 11 – 

6:30 am – Optional – Yoga Class in Game Creek Room
Bring your yoga gear and exercise mat and join Sarah Wolfgram for a great start to the day. There will be mats available to borrow if needed and beginners are welcome!!

7:00 – 8:00 Exhibitor/Sponsors on  - Set up in the Grand Ballroom Foyer

8:00 am – AFP Registration area opens
Conference day starts with continental breakfast

• Please find schedule posted on the web site.
• Attire is Business Casual.  But be sure to bring layers.  We will be enjoying lunch out on the pool deck that day as the weather allows. So sweaters and sunglasses may be in order.
• Silent Auction closes at  12:15 pm
• 3 Drawings for $100 each – Be sure to turn in your name tag for recycling and your evaluation sheet after the last breakout session. We will have a $100 drawing at each of the last three sessions!!

• Check out time is 11:00 am.  You may check your luggage at the bell stand until the end of the day.
